QUALITY ASSURANCE

  • The explanation regarding internal quality assurance is that we have a quality control person who already has a PKP (Food Safety Counseling) certificate and a Food Handler certificate from the SMEs’ South Tangerang that has experience in the culinary world since 1999.
  • External quality assurance means we have conducted laboratory tests with random samples, both regional scale labs and KAN-certified labs, where everything is safe and suitable for consumption.
